I've been going to this bank for almost a year now, the staff are the best. Especially Karin and Mike. But their "manager" Nancy seems to be useless. She is either sitting in her office or she'll come out when there is a line, but don't be deceived.. it's not to help with the line it's to question why people aren't there helping customers, only to then receed back into her office. I've literally never seen her help a customer, let alone regard her staff in a kind manner, and I've been in there probably over 30 times. She's one of those "management people" who don't seem to contribute and just cause stress for the staff. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the staff are otherwise stellar in all aspects. Nancy is just awful.

This location has a sense of urgency and is so kind. Nancy is amazing. She has a great personality but is also super helpful. She has assisted me with my business and personal accounts on several occasions. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate me and I'm so thankful!!!

Today, my partner and I into the bank at 1:05 pm (they close at 2) to open a joint checking account. There was no one in the building except myself, my husband, Michael McGowan and another bank teller. We were turned away by Michael McGowan as he stated it would take 1 hour or 45 minutes or 30 minutes ( the times kept changing) to open a private checking account and told us to come back during the week. I explained to him that I work 2nd shift and this is one of the few times in our week we time have to make it into the store together. He stated he wouldn't be able to open the account now in the event other customers would come in and the store became too busy for the teller to handle on her own. We left and I checked my phone in the car, it was 1:10 pm. Now I typically don't like to write terse reviews as I have been in the services industry myself, but this was a huge inconvenience for myself and my partner. It's not like we walked in at 1:45pm asking to open a checking account. I can't help but wonder if we were refused service because we are two men opening a joint account, but in this day and age who knows. In any event, I will not be using TD bank now or in the future due to this experience.
