I don't even know where to start. I paid $5,550.46 to repair an inground pool and place a new liner 1 YEAR ago. I have gotten nothing but excuses and a run around. I am not a wealthy person and they took the money and ran. They did buy the liner (that is currently destroyed) and they had "their boys" out to install, as the owner said he no longer actually does the work himself. I now have more damage than I did before they touched it. The wife will repeatedly answer your text with excuses and assurance that "we got you". You got us alright. The owner actually did return to the property with us assuming they are coming to assess the damage that they created, but actually had the nerve to ask for more money, while his wife slept in the car. I guess she didn't want to face the people that they robbed!! He stood there and directed me to how great the company is "just look on thumbtack". I did and you can't write a review on that unless the wife sends you a link to the review. Amazing how nice they are opposed to this. Please be aware. They don't have an address to serve them papers for court because the address on their website is their home that they no longer live in!!!!!
