Brad is definitely worth the 5 star rating for mortgage brokers. He has been in contact with me from start to finish with the purchase of our new home. He answered all my questions and made sure we understood and if we did not he explained everything to us. As being 1st time homebuyers this can get stressful at times, But Brad made sure we understood everything since some things we were not familiar with. Brad was great to work with in the purchase of my home. We had a short timetable between the offer and closing and he would reach out to me throughout the process to provide updates as well as letting me know when there was something that I needed to provide. I definitely recommend and would use Brad and Gateway Mortgage in the future.
