I'm not going to complain about the establishment as a whole, bc even with all the problems they caused me, most of them I don't believe were trying to be malicious, and were actually pretty nice. But the front desk staff are the shadiest, and some of the nastiest people I have ever met in the medical field, or period. Even after all the issues, pain, and stress they caused me, I had only ever missed one appointment(which I have txt proof of), and that was only because I had told Victoria 4 times prior to stop scheduling that appointment until the problem they caused is fixed, but she wouldn't take no for an answer. Then Victoria brought me in to fix it, and I told them what stupid, easy thing I thought it was(I was right the first time too, but had to stay in pain for months bc they insisted on doing different teeth). But then told me they were only willing to start new work that day, so I left. Then she had my fiance take off work to watch the kids, saying that I could see the head Dr.Skinner, and he would fix the tooth they messed up, that she would lmk a time soon. But then I strangely got stood up without even an explanation or a call. I actually came in for most of my appointments by getting a last minute call, and I always still came to try and help them out. But finally after 4 months of hell, and begging to see Dr.Skinner, I got to see him personally. Only to find out that he was told that I was scheduled, and had not shown up for multiple appointments with him! I was baffled! But sure enough, after 4 months of not being able to eat or be seen, it took Dr.Skinner literally seconds to pinpoint the problem(exactly what I thought it was again), and less than 2 minutes to fix, and I felt instant gratification! Shady things like this done by the front desk staff at Berlin is the main complaint I have found on WebMD, but regardless.. they're not the ones working on my mouth. And I gotta give it to him; Dr.Skinner knows his stuff. Dr.Rodriguez is also suuper gentle and amazing! Dr.Frank is a really cool dude. And Bre is extremely knowledgeable, and really deserves to be put through school. So if you're looking for good work, I definitely recommend Dr.Skinner, and Dr.Rodriguez! I highly recommend the Medford office, as the entire staff seemed to be really knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind! I will definitely be going back to see Dr.Skinner.
