        Keyla is awesome!!! Came here in a crisis after breaking my phone and needing a new one asap. The beautiful Keyla hooked me up with a new phone and eased my stress over the situation. She was so professional and patient. Whatever she's getting paid now give her more. Keyla is very deserving of it. Will seek out this store in future when I need to hit a Metro.

        The idiot working today at 10 am sept 14th didnt know how to do anything, how to transfer or cancel a line or anything. Didnt even know how to contact customer service. Good thing I was able to find the number online myself to cancel my own phone plan so that I dont have to deal with the idiot who work here anymore
