Terrible customer service. The people that come out and perform services in your home are really nice but management and customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for over two weeks to speak with someone about a few questions I have on my bill. Every time I am told someone will speak with me in 24 to 49 hrs. Two weeks and still have not heard from anyone. Also I have weeds all over my yard. Truly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Also I have reached out to customer service multiple times and no help and responses from management even though they tell me they will call me in 24 to 48 hrs.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY!!! I payed for there services and all they did was the hungry dance in my lawn for 7 hours straight and then called it a night. PLS DO NOT PAY FOR THERE SERVICES!!!

Matt and the guys did a great job aerating our yard. From answering the initial call, letting us know they were on their way( they were early) and blowing off the plugs from the walk & driveway. We are pleased. They are a 5 star operation.

Bob J with Penny Green was awsome today. He was honest about our back flow having a crack in it and did a good job replacing it. Once the sprinkler system was turned on, he checked all the heads, and made sure they were working. He set our timer and didn't mind answering my questions. His customer service was great, easy to talk with!! Thank you Bob for a great experience! I hope we get you as our tech next time we call! Happy customer here!!

As a homeowner who doesn’t want the best lawn in the neighborhood. I used several of the larger lawn care companies but wasn’t happy with the results and telemarketing calls trying to sell me services I didn’t need. I made the switch to Pennygreen last year and couldn’t be happier. I’ve seen a huge improvement with my lawn so far. Yes, Matt’s prices may be higher than the competition but it’s worth it. Keep up the good work Matt!
