Dias & Associates did a tremendous job for my Wife and I. We knew our Realtor as we were renting a parking spot from her. Her being Ms. Esther, the best realtor in NJ smooth, hard working, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Ms. Esther, works for you she isn't just doing this to make money. Ms. Esther, is doing this to make families happy. Wife spoke with Ms. Esther getting information. Then Wife said we are buying a house and we know our realtor. Ms. Esther, gave us the tools to do our homework. Now with all that done let's see where we want to live. We told Ms. Esther, we don't want to live in Essex County with their high taxes. What about Morris County cool let's check out Parsippany. Parsippany is on the radar I think we only looked at 2 houses in Parsippany. Now let's get to the meaty part. Wife and I said we want this we want that. We ended up with our home and knew it the minute we walked in. Wife said she wanted a second floor I wanted a basement or garage. We get to our home Ms. Esther and I are standing in the living room. Wife is checking out the bedrooms Ms. Esther says Nate it doesn't have a basement or a garage. I reply true but I am home so Ms. Esther strapped up her boots and got to work. Long story short Ms. Esther got us a great deal. Seriously people if you looking for a home or rental reach out to Ms. Esther you will be glad you did.
