I took the level 1 and 2 Reiki trainings with Beth. They were both amazing trainings where I learned the history of Reiki, as well as how to give reiki to others. I left both trainings feeling confident in my ability to give reiki and have the ability to explain what it is to my friends or people who may be interested in it. It was a really fun training. I look forward to joining the master classes with Beth. She is a wealth of knowledge and Im excited to continue learning from her.

I just completed both Reiki 1 and 2 with Beth at Insight Holistic Health and I cant say enough of how profound and enlightening this intro to Reiki was . Beth is an exceptional Reiki teacher and practitioner . Her knowledge, wisdom, patience all lent itself to a very life changing experience and instilled a desire to continue on with my Reiki education . Eternally grateful

The instructor Beth demonstrates exceptional knowledge and care in her teaching approach, fostering a supportive learning environment. The frequency of the class also draws a wonderful group of individuals, contributing to the positive atmosphere. Additionally, I experienced a profound awakening as my third eye was activated during the class.

I came here for the Reiki 1 and 2 class. Beth is an amazing teacher. She brings knowledge, compassion, and authenticity to her practice and way of being. If you are looking to learn or feel out reiki, I highly recommend coming here!
