Not great. I used them to move me into my storage while I left during Covid back in 2021. Now that Im back I realized they broke my dresser and not sure where my Dyson vacuum is. I paid $400+ on top of the quote bc they said tolls, surcharges and gas and then they had the audacity to ask me for tip. DO NOT USE THEM. I went with piece of cake to move me out the storage and into my new place and they were wonderful.

They broke alot of my stuff, I filed a claim and they never paid and now the phone numbers are no longer working. Also I had a binding contract and they still charged me extra. I would rather have made multiple trips to move myself than use them. Steer clear from this company.

Absolutely terrible. Underquote, expect to pay more. Horrible/nonexistent customer service that included being yelled and sworn at and more. Expect significant delays. Move on to the next company. Check out thumbtack for companies with good reviews.

We chose this moving company because the customer service during the booking was good and the price was competitive. Upon the movers arriving I was instantly uncomfortable by how rude the main mover was to us. I figured we paid them to move our belongings, not to be our friend, so I ignored this. Once we arrived at the new home the movers instantly starting mishandling our belongings. Our shoes were thrown all over the basement, our leather sofas and love seat were set on their sides and never correctly set with the legs on the floor, our acoustic guitar was piled under rugs, and our TV was broken. I cannot fully verbalize how disappointing the service was and how upsetting it was to use a moving company for the first time only to see how mishandled all of our belongings were. EDIT: The company called after seeing this review and said that my 1 bad review didn't matter because they had thousands of other good reviews. Safe yourselves from this company.

Please don't go with this service, these are another brokers which is against there own Terms & Conditions. I used there service on 25th Nov & Service is soo bad which is really hard to explain, perhaps let me put some highlights : 1) The sub-contractor they send for my movement is so racist & bad that at the time of first meet itself I can see his attitude & bad behavior on his face itself. 2) They given me quote of $850 while before un-loading He charged me $1200+ , on top of that these bad guys were asking tip forcefully of $250 against the work of $850, not sure how ? while as per law happy customer wish to pay tip as per his wish. On deny these guys got offended & started using bad words 3) I found some of my Furnitures are broken at destination after unwrapping, even missing stuff/boxes 4) My House wall have got Dent/broken by these ppls 5) And last but not the least when I reached to Andy might be someone from sales team against the experience I had they commit to revert back in 2 days but till now I didn't got any response Proof can be shared as needed..
