My order arrived missing several items. I never received an original or final invoice, only an emailed shipping notification listing my full order, so I do not know if I was charged for the undelivered product. In fact, the delivery notification I was emailed after the box was delivered included the missing products. I called the phone number for the business (bad idea!) and the person who answered the phone told me that I would have to call back tomorrow because he is only the phone answerer and could not take a message for someone who could help me or use the computer himself.
