Always judge for yourself. I have been on a tour all over town as well as outside looking for quality pieces with fast delivery. With current wait time on furniture and nothing in-stock even in big box retailers, I felt pretty defeated. Until I visited this store. Not only, do they carry all name brands that big stores do, their prices are unbeatable! I got an Ashley Furniture bedroom set and living room set assembled and delivered free of charge in 2 days!!! I did not settle either, they had so many other sets in stock I could not believe it! I also spend way less than I anticipated. Delivery process was seamless!

I loved this store at one point. However all it takes is one bad experience for me. I had bought couches a while ago and had an issue with the arms coming lose. This was maybe a little over a year. I had called spoke to the woman numerous times asking about the warranty I was told numerous times she would get back to me. Have not heard a word and now when I call they don't even pick up!! It sucks because the lady is usually so nice but as I stated it just takes one bad experience for me because how do I know now that if I buy another piece of furniture from here that I won't get the same treatment if something goes wrong. So disappointed.

My experience was initially positive from a service experience even though it took weeks, maybe months, to receive my items. However, the delivery men did a horrible job setting up my kids dressers and after a couple of months the drawers came off the sliders. You cant open or shut them. These werent even the dressers I ordered but the other ones were taking so long, I settled for these. I finally remembered that there was a 1 yr warranty so I went to the store and explained to the woman what happened and asked about the warranty before my year passed. I waited almost two months for her to come back saying they wont honor the warranty due to normal wear and tear. It wasnt normal wear and tear. They were terribly put together. Were getting ready to move and just looking at these dressers hurt because I have to spend money on new ones after purchasing these just over a year ago. I am furniture shopping now and wont even step foot into this store again. So disappointed
