We needed to renovate our main bathroom. Living in a 100+ year old house, we wanted to hire a company that had experience in the nuances that come with an old house. After a lot of investigating, FrancoBuilt fit the bill, and did so under our own budget estimates. Tomas and his crew were terrific in managing the project and the work itself was completed as desired (special shout-out to Albin who did amazing work on so much of the project). Topping it all off, if it wasnt for one aspect of the project, they would likely have finished the work sooner than estimated and we thought the original timing was a pie in the sky estimate. It wasnt! We highly recommend Tomas and FrancoBuilt.

I highly recommend FrancoBuilt construction for all your projects. Tomas and his staff are highly experienced in everything they do. Anything I needed during my renovation was handled without a question. Any small issues I had they were right there addressing the situation.

We hired Francobuilt to renovate our upstairs bathroom. The crew was no-nonsense and strictly business. Upon arrival, they started work immediately, and at the end of each day, they ensured their work area and their path of travel to the bathroom was clean before leaving. I recommend Franco Built. They were very professional, knowledgeable and dont take advantage of people. I hired them for a small project and seeing the great job they were doing I increased the project to renovating my entire kitchen, all the floors in my home and a brick wall in my living room. They worked with my schedule and finished my project earlier then promised. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. They arent your typical contractors. Thank you.

We were recommend Francobuilt to remodeled our bathroom. I had limited time to get it done due to work schedule. We met to go over what we wanted to do and after suggestions from both sides, he set the timeline to two weeks. I was pleased, amazed and a bit skeptic. But to my surprise, as soon as we said go, it was none stop for two weeks. He made sure that everyday someone was at the house working on the project. His staff was awesome. Did not have any issues with them at all. Very professionals, trustworthy and on time. He was always in communication as to what was going to happen and what he needed from us in order to finish the project on time. He has great suggestions and he always made sure that we were satisfied with the work as it went alone. Could not be more satisfied with the results. Looking forward to next project.
