After being client for many years today I decided no use them any more cause I pay for all my sst card including that one of them I already had they told me I have a credit for that one first when I try more thanthree months ago to get the card it was never processing never a call I came back and they didn’t got my paperwork cause it was lost I cam back today and after give all my information and tell them about the credit they didn’t honored and ask m to pay full prize I’m very disappointed with them and I’m going to g t my business to another place I don’t care if I have to pay more but I don’t going to recommend this academy anymore they are ripping off their own clients

Two weeks ago I submitted all my certification in order to receive a SST. I was charged 75.00 administration fee. Today I am being told I need additional classes costing 350.00. Why was I charged 75.00 if I did not qualify at the time i submitted my certifications. This is a complete rip off. TSC in trusted to train the public and inform us not to rip us off with false promises. TSC Should be ashamed and admit a wrong and refund me 75.00 till I meet what ever required courses set by the DOB and not make up classes that TSC enforces in order make money.
