        Starting a new business is a lot to learn and starts with choosing the right Bank. When we first went to BCB we met with Melissa. Not only did she explain the account and paperwork but she was extremely pleasant and continues to be a breath of fresh air whenever we need an issue resolved or questions regarding our account. Thank you Melissa and the rest of the BCB branch!

        Don't answer phone. Trying to get my debit card turned on after they shut it down. Called bank 3 times in morning said they couldn't come to phone right now. Called another branch on Ave c. She answered and said she turned my card back on. Now I find out my card was not turned on. Now I have to wait until Monday to fix this. Have to look around for another bank maybe I might do better. Plus I'm sto k holder under 9 bucks maybe I better sell and take my profit before things get worse at this bank
