I highly recommend Panther Contracting for both roof repairs and replacement, as they did a great job with my needed repair and replacement. They were professional, timely and made me feel like they were working on a family member's roof. Lou, the supervisor, was onsite the entire time the roof was being replaced and he also fixed a leak, prior to the replacement. Phil, the owner, stopped by while the work was being done to ensure all was going as planned. And Averi, Phil's wife, was in constant contact with me on exactly when the work would begin. They made sure the roof was replaced right before more rain was expected, which was really appreciated. In summary, the work was done on time, in a quality way and for a reasonable price. I have worked with a lot of service people since I am in the property management business.
