Gerri is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She does not give up on finding places. She helped me get the place that I really wanted for my daughter and I and we can not thank her enough for what she has done for us. Gerri helped us sell our house. When we look again, there is no one but her that we will engage. Here's why I and my husband liked Gerri and we think you would too : highly professional, straight to the facts, alway reachable, if she does not have the answer rest assured she will get it for you. Our buyer situation was slightly difficult but she helped us navigate that very skillfully resulting in a close that was satisfactory for all parties. And all this under trying personal circumstances that we became aware just happenstance and just one more reason we note her professionalism.

My partner and I worked with Gerri just about a year ago now. She is phenomenal to work with! She's diligent, resourceful, smart, funny, and a great support while going through the up's and down's of the real estate process. It was our first purchase so we were stressed and had many questions. She was kind, patient, and a wealth of knowledge. I 110% recommend Gerri and will work with her again should I ever need to buy or sell another house.
We also had an issue with the taxes in our town and reached out for advice about six months after we closed. She was on the phone with us within the hour, giving us ideas, contacts, and direction. She didn't have to go out of her way but it's just who she is and she is extremely dedicated to her clients. She's the BEST and I completely recommend her to everyone I know that is looking into real estate!
