Just left here. I will say that my car is driving better than usual which I will applaud this place for. However my reason for giving a 2 star is because I was charged $461. I was only here for 2 hours. I was told that it was $100 per hour. I also had the part for the car. Why was I charged almost $500 for this service? And honestly I'm pissed about it not only that but also for the fact that I didn't put up an argument about being charged that much which that part I blame on myself. Very sneaky because I didn't see the price until I put my card in to pay for the service. I definitely won't be coming back here just for that alone and don't recommend them for ripping me off on the price I was told Response to Jazzar Auto Repair 4/1/24 Ok let's say that I may have misunderstood you when you said $140 and thought you said $100. However it still doesn't add up. Ok $140 an hour and 3 hours for the job but it didn't even take you that long. It took only 2 hours because I came there around 11:30. You got the job done around 1:00-1-10. So the job should have only costed $200-$240

We were stranded trying to get back to Virginia with a broken starter and they were able to get my car started so we could get home safely- late on a Sat afternoon before the holiday. They really saved the day for us and were friendly and honest. Thank you!

My friend needed to change an auto part and we called Jazzar Auto Repair and agreed upon a price through phone with the owner. When we reached there, he started to ask for more money than we agreed upon because it was late and he knew we were running out of options. Nevertheless, we agreed to his outrageous price. In the middle of the repair process, he got furious because he did not know how to fix the issue. We kept quiet because we needed our car fixed. To summarize my point, PLEASE AVOID THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP by all means!!!!

Wish there was 0 star to begin with. Mahammad not only ripped us but also threatened us not to fix the car knowing that we were running out of options. He has bad temper and only cares about money. Be careful with this guy and avoid this garage at all cost. You can thank me later.
