Atlantic Heights

I lived at Atlantic Heights for 17 years. I found that the apartment was well decorated and maintained nicely. Whenever I had any issues, maintenance was timely and respectful. Throughout my stay I had many personal challenging times. Evana went above and beyond to help me on several different occasions and circumstances. Even helped with moving to another apartment, which was related to a difficult neighbor and which he would be my only complaint with my experience at Atlantic Heights. After my father passed away and my mother then broke her hip. I had to suddenly move back to Michigan. Of course my luck the move came with its challenges and Evana and Joanna were very accommodating and understanding. I received my security deposit in a timely manner.

One of the worst places Ive lived in. You pay a lot of money to live there and it falls flat. Neighbors never learned how to close a door without slamming it which shakes the whole building and knocks things off the shelf. And this happens allday and night. Within the first few months the dryer broke the dishwasher broke and the fridge broke.maintenance was fast and friendly but when they replaced the refrigerator they replaced it with one much smaller then the one that was in the unit. People drive around the parking lot likes its the parkway the speeding is terrible. The office probably wont do anything until someone gets hit. You can find better for the same price Im sure. The rent is high but your getting a townhouse which should have been a nicer experience. Couldnt even last a year here. Good luck

My family lived at Atlantic Heights for four years. The neighbors are great! Evana was always helpful. Maintenance guys were always respectful and quickly fixed the issue. They were fair with us after we moved. These apts even have storage , which would cost an extra 150 at a storage facility every month.
