I worked with Bish. Once he gets you as a potential customer, he will definitely make you his customer :-) He is very persistent and will follow up with you everyday. I had a long closing process. During the process, interest rates went down. But my previous lenders wouldn't give me the new lower rates even though the earlier higher-interest-rate locks expired. We had to file multiple applications with other lenders. Bish and his team took care of it in an expedited manner. Sometimes, some agreements/adjustments were made on email and I had to follow up on till the end to make sure they were implemented. Otherwise, Good experience. Thank You.
