They are fraud. Dont do business with them. I was paying them around 22000$ extra for total lost truck . My truck was total lost . Insurance was give them 8000$ short . But I was pay them 22000$. They have group. They mostly find new truck buyers then charge them 30 to 40 percent interest.I specially dont like jay I think he dont have self respect and he dont give respect to others. They have fraud company in south jersey with other names. They are cheat me lot of times but that time I dont have any choice. After my accident roma employer his name is harry force me to sign insurance documents. Which if I sign I dont got full payment from insurance .if I was waiting that time I get more money from insurance But anyway I was sign because they have my other truck title witch i need transfer from my state then I get the plates and start work. Harry , jay was promise on phone but never give me that title. So I suggest choice in your hand

Mot importantly, your total amount is not $30,000, so you have lied on this number. 2nd, You took a loan and in the contract it clearly tells you the amount of insurance coverage you should have, which obviously you failed to do. So I understand the frustruation of making the payments when you dont have the truck as the ineffective insurance coverage did not provide you a dime after the accident. My question is why are you not angry at your self for failing to do what was required. If you had done that not only the loan would have been paid off, you would have received some money in your pocket. DONT TAKE YOUR FRUSTATIONS OUT ON THE FINANCE COMPANY FOR YOUR FAILURES!

Mr. Singh, It is always hard to pay from pocket when you have a shortfall that you created by not insuring the truck for what it should have been insured for. Hopefully you have learnt the lesson that it is not worth cutting corner on insurance coverage unless you are comfortable paying the balance owed from your pocket. It's a hard lesson to learn but dont justify it by giving a bad review to the finance company. You wanted to save money on the insurance and thus you did not insure it to the full value of the truck and you failed to even insure it for the loan amount on the truck. If you had insured it for the value of the truck you would not have been crying the blues and bad mouthing ROMA as you would not only have paid off the truck but you would have got some money in your pocket as well. Instead you chose to insure it for even less then the amount of the loan which was a mandatory requirement of your loan contract. So who is at fault here, YOU!

Simply giving 1 star is not acceptable in your case. You should explain why you are upset and in the process please clarify why ROMA is not at fault but your poor management of the loan is.
