Poor customer service - Not accommodating whatsoever- Made a massage appointment and arrived early to take advantage of the facilities- Was told that guests can only arrive an hour before appointment, otherwise would have to purchase a day pass for additional money- after the manager saw how upset I was she offered to let me in 90 minutes prior to appointment- She made me stand in waiting area for 20 minutes because the 90 minute mark had not arrived- Poor poor customer service No exceptions to their rules I have utilized spas in the finest hotels and never have been treated like this To add.. The massage by Ciara was very good - no issues there

This was birthday gift from my children. I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Dan. They have wonderful warm therapy pools. They have male and female changing areas, spa and sauna. They also have coed pools. JAndra was very accommodating with my need for a cool pool. I highly recommend this spa when you are in Atlantic City.

Such an AMAZING experience! Great, Friendly, Helpful staff. Very Very clean all around. Great activity to take part in when visiting or staying at Ocean Casino! Highly recommended

Honestly, I originally wanted to give a 2 or 3 star rating. The only reason Im bumping it up is because of Jeanette, who did amazing with the facial. I come in at 2:20 PM to book a 3PM facial, which I have an email confirmation to confirm those exact details. I also confirmed with the receptionist the appointment time and what time for check in. I come back at 2:45 to check in and get ready. This is when the first issue came in. As I was checking in, I overhear the receptionist saying that she accidentally booked me for two services. The director clarified with me that I only booked one service, and I guess fixed the receptionists mistake. By 2:55, I am already in the waiting lounge that they told me to wait for the esthetician that would come to get me a few minutes before my appointment. I waited until 3:15 before trying to find an employee to see what was the hold up. That itself took longer than it should have because they have no employees in the back. I had to walk by the front desk (where you get your slippers) several times before finding someone. This employee took me to the receptionists, and they checked to see what was going on. And then they told me that I was booked for 4PM, which I know I didnt. Apparently, when the director fixed the receptionists mistake, she moved my appointment. I dont understand why neither the receptionist or the director didnt confirm with each other that the appointment was right as they were fixing the booking issue. This whole time, I was getting frustrated because I had other plans, and this whole thing delayed my schedule. Had I not checked in with the employee, I wouldve wasted an hour of my day. I finally get my facial around 3:30, and Jeanette did a great job melting all of my frustration away. She offered me her honest opinion of my skin, and she told me her recommendations without being pushy about the additional services. My skin felt amazing for the rest of the day thanks to her. If you dont mind having potential booking issues and not being able to find staff to address them, then feel free to come here. Just make sure to book Jeanette, the only redeeming feature of this whole experience.

Came here on Presidents day for a couples massage, long story short the front desk was welcoming and I love the amenities of the place. I had the fusion massage with Regina (50min) and my partner had Shelly for a deep tissue (50min). I did see on the reviews theyre known to start 10-15min late than your actual start time. Our appointment was at 1pm and we werent seen until 1:10 knowing we came 15min prior and we had a briefing after our MTs took us in. My partner had no complaints on Shelly she did everything professionally and she came well prepared. On the other hand my MT (Regina) did not, I had not have my own briefing with her so I had to stick with Shelly in the beginning. Regina was not prepared and she didnt have her notebook or a pen on hand to write what massage oil I wanted. Compared to the other massage places Ive been to this place was ok. I didnt really get the treatment that my partner did, we didnt get the full 50 min experience so everything seemed rushed. Im very observant so I did notice that Shelly was more communicative throughout the massage than Regina. Im also not used to the automatic 20% when I feel like it wasnt deserved
