Chicken Guy

I ordered the bourbon brown sugar bbq chicken sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! The pickles and slaw complimented it perfectly. The fries were over seasoned and way too salty to eat. But Ill go back for that chicken sandwich!

I was charged $23 for a chicken sandwich and fries and the chicken sandwich was made completely wrong I went back to have it remade ! And now here we are 2 days later and they completely upped my charged from $23 to $46 and then I paid $8 for a milkshake which was also upcharged to $17 .

Absolute waste of money. Two sandwiches, one fry, and one drink $38 absurd. The chicken is similar to a Walmart brand frozen chicken. The entire sandwich was mushy there are better and cheaper sandwiches elsewhere. They only received 2 stars because their fries are quite good.

One word: OVERPRICED. Not shocking for resort food but The Chicken Guy is exceptionally below average for the price. Food was received fast as it was already prepared. Fry was large ( no choice of size), seasoned well, and hot. The fries were the most enjoyable part of the meal. The chicken tenders were giving grade school lunch breaded pieces of cut chicken breast and tasted similar to cardboard. The sauces, which seem to be promoted as a big deal at The Chicken Guy were average at best and nothing someone who hasnt frequented chicken places who provide a variety of sauces hasnt seen or tried before. I tried Sweet Sriracha BBQ, which had no taste of sweetness and no taste of sriracha, Peri Peri which tasted great and was actually hot, and Habanero hot sauce which was really hot. I also had the Apple Cinnamon Cereal shake which surprisingly had no flavor unless I was eating the garnishment at the top. There were only four patrons eating at the restaurant but almost all the table were dirty. If you can, try other restaurants in Harrahs first or try restaurants in the city before patronizing The Chicken Guy.

Mediocre expensive food, terrible service, and dirty dining area. The lady working the register acted as if she was doing me a favor while I was ordering and they messed up my order (gave me fries instead of the sides I had substituted). When I asked about the sides I had actually ordered, a cook that was on his phone shouted about whether the sides I wanted we're on my receipt or not. On top of the bad ordering experience, the food was incredibly expensive for what you get. Two bland sandwiches, fries (that were unwanted), chicken strips, a side of mac and cheese, and fried pickles was over $75. To top it all off, all the tables in the dining area were filthy with crumbs and bits of food all over them. The trash can was also overflowing to the point that people were just piling up garbage on the floor next to it. Highly advise others avoid eating here.
