        Customer service horrible!!! the girl you have upfront, please send them for some training on how to treat customers. We got there 30 min. Early and we understood our room was not ready, no problem they said we call you when room is ready never did And on top of that, check-in was at 4pm. It's 5 o'clock and we are waiting , I asked at front desk and the girl have no clue when the room was going to clean.

        The room was nice. Area was scary and the lobby and parking deck smelled like pot. And the parking deck stairs had puke on them. But besides that wonderful.
