Charlie's team came to my house to replace all the plumbing in the house. They had all the work done on one day which was very important to me. Very professional and courteous. He put in extra valves where needed at a very reasonable price. I will be doing more business with Charlie because he is very reliable and trustworthy.

Absolutely horrible. Donnie came out to clean a burner unit on a gas hot water heater. I could see it was not burning properly and told Charlie on my initial phone call and informed the technician when he arrived. This job should take no more than 20 minutes. Donnie said he could have done the cleaning in 30 minutes. Yet he spent 2 hours here going over every possible scenario claiming he knows everything and the licensed and inspected job was done totally wrong. My belief is Charlie will send his tech out and turn a 30 minute job into a 2 hour job and bill you for all that time. Just saying I will never use this company again and please be careful. We had a leak in our bathroom shower that was traveling downstairs into the condo below us. Ken called Charlie, who sent over Donnie within 3 hours! The plumbers were very professional and did a good job. They replace a cracked drain line in the wall going down 2 floors. The pricing was fair, actually less than I thought it would be. They also cleaned up very nicely after the work was done.
