        I thought there is no wrong way to cook the eggs for the restaurant, that serves breakfast. Apparently they are proficient in it. Both poached eggs, and the sunny-side-up eggs were undercooked. Slow service, and also staff shortage. Giving 3 stars only for ambience.

        So disappointing they removed the best Huevos Rancheros from the menu! PLEASE BRING IT BACK.! Please, its the only reason I come to Borgata.
