The rooms were not that clean , the carpets werent the cleanest . The water didnt get that hot in the shower. There was no way to ask for towels or wash clothes due to the phone not working . The phone did not show the number to the front desk. The ladies at the front desk were nice . I asked for wash clothes , and never received them . Would not recommend.

Good Dog friendliness. That's about the only good thing! (Granted, that is an amazing thing!) Wish they kept their restaurants and bars open during the weekdays. Insanely, they are only open for breakfast and that's it. They close during the busiest time of the days (daytime thru evening-late night). The bars are all closed except one. BIZARRE. Staff is cool, but almost everything is closed. Vending machines to get bottled water on the room floor were inexplicably empty. Even bell services was closed, so we couldn't even leave a bag, like every other hotel allows you to do. Bell services should always be open. They need to get their act together. There's potential here and some good aspects, but they're stumbling on the easy stuff.

I booked a stay at a hotel for a spring break trip with my family to visit the waterpark. I paid $600 per night for what I expected to be one of the best rooms at the hotel, since it was the most expensive one. I needed the space because I was traveling with a baby and small children. However, when we got there, the room was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, there was urine in the trash can, and it smelled so bad that I could barely breathe. My baby even got sick and couldn't stop throwing up. I immediately informed the front desk and checked out. We ended up booking another hotel to stay in, after spending $1,437 for the original hotel. I spoke with customer service and requested a refund, but they only offered me $51, which is not even half of what I paid. I warn others not to stay there. It's dirty, and they are stealing from customers

We stayed last week from Thursday-Sunday in the New Orleans building. It was horrible!! All of the sockets were loose. Barely any lighting because the bulbs were blown I guess. No one answered front desk or house keeping phone. Difficult to even get clean wash clothes and towels. Was told they didnt have any so I had to wait until they got some. Carpet had stains. Water pressure was very low and barely any hot water. For the cost of the rooms, these issues need to be fixed. A generated response that is given to everyone is not fixing the problem. Rooms: Need to be updated. Barely any hot water. Sockets were all loose. Couldnt plug in the fridge. Safety: Due to having the arcade with late hours there is a lot of people from outside activity. For the safety of the quest elevators should be accessible with room key cards only. Food & drinks: Buffet was not worth the money. Hot Food was cold.
