Loved my first cryotherapy session with Wayne, the owner. He was attentive to my needs and provided me with all the information I needed to have a relaxing, healing session of both infrared sauna and cryotherapy. I will definitely be back, highly recommend !

Had an amazing experience at LIVING | LUX last week. I've never done cryotherapy beforehand, but the owner Wayne was incredibly accommodating and I came out of the facility feeling the best I've felt in a long time. Definitely coming back!

I truly don't remember the last time I felt so good about my body & it's condition since my visit here today. Cryotherapy has always intrigued me and I've personally gotten phenomenal results from Red Light Therapy; so this (actual!) sanctuary is a dream come true for me and my wellness journey. I started with the Red Light sauna for 30 minutes which, although I was anxious about sitting still for that long; I was really proud of myself for taking that (desperately needed) pause and even used a chunk of it to get a really good stretch in (their personal saunas are roomy!!) this all of course was just another psychological bonus. Cryotherapy was a wild experience and thankfully nowhere near as jarring as I thought it'd be. It *definitely* invigorated all of my senses and the flow of endorphins is not only lasting, but honestly kinda magical!! Now, MY MUSCLES. My job is pretty physically taxing; and the difference in my muscles before doing Cryo here & now as I'm writing this review is an undeniable improvement and relief. I will absolutely be adding this treatment to my (minimalist) monthly-routine; especially given how affordable it is at this studio. This spa is clearly heart-driven; making it a true sanctuary of holistic well-being. Their expert staff ensured I was (and felt) taken care of, actually informed about the questions I had, and most importantly revitalized when leaving. An absolute must for anyone seeking the ultimate self-care escape!! I know my next visit was booked immediately. THANK YOU TEAM LIVE LUX!!
