        I was bad advised, and as a consequence received an audit from the IRS. Had to pay back all education credit over 2020. An employee of another H&R Block helped me to file a complaint, because I had paid for the Peace of Mind option. Now four months further and nothing. There is no way to get hold of anyone except from one of the stores, with people that are just interested in making as much commission as possible. Worst is that also for 2021 I will have to pay back the education credit. If the advisor had given us correct advise, we would have been able to qualify. So now I am waiting for the next audit. I do not recommend this H&R Block store, because the advisor is not professional, or ethical. And in general, I think that H&R Block's peace of mind charge of $40 is a complete disgrace.

When I went back, I was attended in another H&R Block, and there it was confirmed that the mistake was with H&R Block. So, I filed a complaint, because I had paid for the Peace of Mind option.
