Liberty Automotive Protection

Never sent me anything about my policy so when trying to cancel. They told me I had to write a letter saying I wanted to cancel. This was never stated when setting up the policy. Horrible customer service as well. I advise you do not sign up.

My car is five years old and in need of several repairs. Thankfully, I signed up with Liberty Auto Protection. If I had not, I do not know where the money would come from to fix my car. Simply put, I would be lost without my car. Their rates are reasonable and the team was very helpful and friendly. My claim was handled in a timely manner and I am so happy to report that my car is running smoother than it has in a long time. I told my best friend about this wonderful company and she signed up right away.

I can't say enough great things about Liberty Auto. Ever since I signed up with them, they have been very helpful for me along the way. It is very beneficial to have something like this to count on, especially when insurance companies are not always the best to work with. From the very beginning, they understood what I needed and what I wanted out of the company like them. I am very thankful for what they have done for me, and hope that I can continue using the company for years to come. They are someone I trust with my entire family.

If you're looking for an auto protection service, your search should stop with Liberty Auto Protection. I've been having problems with my car as pertains to the crankshaft. When I informed Liberty Auto Protection, they were very helpful and their repair shop fixed my car. My agent was very helpful in doing the follow up for me and I didn't have to experience being taken round in circles and being lied to. The customer service is top-notch and I couldn't wish for any other auto protection service. With Liberty Auto Protection, I feel right at home and know my needs are well taken care of.

It has been a very good experience overall for me working with Liberty Auto Protection. I first decided to go with them just about two years ago, and I have been with them ever since. That includes two different cars, and they were able to help me feel a lot more secure driving on a daily basis. The reason why I decided to go with and additional protection plan like this is because I did not feel like my insurance covered everything. This was able to help me feel a lot more comfortable with taking my family on the road and not having to worry about anything. 😍
