Last night, Sunday 24 January 2016, our cul-de-sac was cleared. The driver came with a backhoe. He moved all of the accumulated snow from the center and sides of the circle. There had been one pass Saturday night but it left the same amount of snow, just slightly moved. Last evening we checked about 9 pm, and to our delight and amazement our cul-de-sac was completely free of snow. He had chosen to move all the snow to the open areas within the cul-de-sac, thus leaving the entire circle clear. It was a fabulous sight, as so many times in the past, our roadway had been not only left until one of the last in the township, but compounded with an extremely poor job. Additionally, he did not block any driveway which had been cleared by the homeowner. Please extend our thanks and gratitude to the appropriate driver.. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
