        First time visit this store. Purchased two drill machine and garden tool. Both were on discounted price. Both were used and defective. Better to buy from FB market place if we want to buy used and not working condition. No one bother to check the item before put in racks.

        Manager had a very rude attitude. Sold me a terribly damaged product and wouldnt take off more than $100 and the product was over $1,000. It was rusted and had scratches everywhere. Only reason I got it was because that was the only tractor supply carrying it. We came from 2 hours away and we even called beforehand they never mentioned the product being damaged. We also just found out they put oil in the product when there not supposed to and they were probably riding it around. All the manuals that were given with my $1,000 bike were sopping wet and unreadable.
