They wouldn't take my money. Highly recommended! You can see from my reviews that I am a regular guy living in an RV traveling the country with my wife. I'm not a company shill and my opinions are my own. That said... In this age of nickel-and-diming the customer for every single damned dollar, it is incredibly refreshing to come across a company that is actually more interested in service and in the customer. I had a slow leak on my dually pickup truck. Likely something I ran over though I couldn't locate the leak. Due to some travel time constraints, I needed a new tire quickly. I called them up and they ordered me a tire for next day delivery *and* they went the extra mile and called the warehouse to make the distributer actually lay hands on the tire. Who does that anymore? That was very cool. When I get there, they obviously could have simply sold me the tire and taken my money. Instead, they took the time to investigate and found a loose connection in my extended valve stem. They took the tire off, tightened it, checked the other wheel, soaped up the valves to ensure no leaks, remounted the tire, and refused payment. Seriously, what the hell? I would come back to them any time. Anyone that doesn't need my money can have it.
