Just want to say that its extremely rare to find a property management company that responds in a timely manner and is professional like MEM was to me.

One of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. No one ever seems to know where our money is, but theyre quick to send out aggressive letters & late fees. The accounting office blames everyone else when they cant handle a question- which is almost always. Unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional.

I've been associated with this association for a few years now, but I must say, the service has really taken a turn for the better since Kelly Hitchner took over. She was kind, considerate, willing to assist and got someone out to us right away! Im really looking forward to being here for a lot longer now that Kelly is around - and I'm sure I will continue to be satisficed with the service ! Thank Kelly ! Sincerely, Lawrence

I've had Mem here at Society Hill 2 in Galloway for years. They have always helped me in whatever I needed. The lady in the office is awesome and very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Mem Property Management.

In my 2 years here at Dolphin Cove I was originally very disappointed in Corner Property management. The never answered, never called back and acted totally disinterested in association meetings. Fast Forward ahead to my first encounter with KIM when they took over, she was surveying the grounds and in the middle of something, but totally stopped and gave me her full attention as I discussed some matters I had noticed. She made me feel heard and that was the first time that had happened here. In every subsequent dealing, Kim is extremely personable and attentive and quickly acts and addresses my issues to the best of her ability in the moment and follows up after as well. In addition to the personal interactions being quite pleasant, she goes above and beyond keeping me and the community informed on the events and projects finally being implemented here via regular email communication. You can really see the improvements taking place here, and I feel that is all directly attributed to having Kim here managing the place. Thanks so much Kim, your efforts are truly appreciated!
