Calvin Chan - GEICO Insurance Agent

I noticed that my insurance went up, and I wasnt quite sure why, when I called, I spoke with Richard, and he went into very great detail about the reason behind it. I appreciate how much detail he gave me, and let me into some insight on how insured generally works being that Im a new car owner, and didnt know much about it. I love that he answered all of my questions, never got, annoyed, and explained everything to me. Anytime I have a question I hope to always get Richard on the other end of the call, because I know that he would be very polite, and answering any questions that I have.

They always raise it higher and higher and when there are accidents, no one takes care of anything.

If I could give it 0 star I would give it to you, what a bad service! The person in charge wasn't even kind enough to assist me, I was asleep on a couch and didn't even stop to really help me, what a terrible service.
