Holiday Inn Express & Suites Absecon-Atlantic City Area, an IHG Hotel

The rooms are nice overall, only i found some hairs on the sheets and the bath was not cleaned well. i suggest there were nepkins in the rooms as well. They don't inform you when you check in thet the pool is closed. So they fool people on the sight that the pool is open. the frontdesk tell you nicely that you will not get your refund if you cancelled. We waste our time here

I did my daughter 9th birthday here 10/10 would stay again will recommend everything was so clean the pool Is open from 9-9 the breakfast was sooo good the service was amazing didnt have to leave once everything was there!!! Kid friendly noise friendly 24 hour gym no entry hotel ur key opens everything !! Rooms: I had a great experience didnt expect it to be so nice will stay again !! Nearby activities: Pool spa gym restaurants across the street Wawa fast food service

All in All, it was a good experience. We checked in on Wed night around 11 pm. The process was easy. Our room was just around the corner from the front desk. The room was quite large, very clean. (Except for on top of the headboard of the bed) about 1/4 inch of dust. It took until Friday to get housekeeping to get our room done. That was a nono. Now because our room was next to the front desk, and directly in front of the front desk was the breakfast area, starting at 7 am... the kids screaming and running up and down the hallways, well that made it difficult to sleep in. The breakfast was decent, there was plenty of parking in the complex. The pool was nice, hot tub was actually hotter than many hotel hot tub that I have been in. Would I stay in this hotel again, yes.....But 100% not near front desk. Rooms: The room was quite large, very clean. (Except for on top of the headboard of the bed) about 1/4 inch of dust.
