He meticulously explained the installation process to me - including the steps of removing the roof and surrounding trim - ensuring I was fully informed every step of the way. What truly blew me away was the flawless result. Francis's work was so impeccable that you'd never guess half the trim on the front of my car had to be removed to access the windshield. Went here for my daughters CRV that had failures in the safety sensing systems. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The technician quickly assessed that the camera sensing system was secured incorrectly by the dealership that installed the windshield.(not Safelite). Without an appointment, I had my car back within 2 hours with everything set up perfectly and for much less money than I thought it would be. It's been 2 month working great and I highly recommend this shop and will not hesitate to take my other vehicles there when needed. Professional, Friendly and efficient.
