Amazing service from the initial meeting with Jared Smith, to the actual work done and payment processing online! Jared was friendly, experienced and provided great suggestions. The team that showed up to raise the canopy of over-grown trees, remove dead branches and CLEAN UP were fantastic - - hard working, on time and again, the clean-up which is one of the most important aspects of this work for me because our golden just loves eating branches. The technician who put down the stress relief treatment and Fortiphite stopped what he was doing to assure me that it was pet safe and provided more information on how the treatment helps, especially with all of the rain/wet weather we had. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree - great experience and will use them for all of our needs moving forward.

I waited almost 2 months for an appointment for an estimate. I needed 4 trees cut down. They gave me a quote and a told me it would be another 3 months before they could schedule the work. Over a week later they tell me they can not cut down one of the trees because it is "to deeply connected to the community" I have full permission from all involved to remove said tree which is half dead and a safety hazard. I am going to have to go with someone else. They wasted 2 months of my time, dont let them waste yours!
