Rob and his crew have been professional, courteous and so helpful. They designed and installed two small roadside gardens in difficult rocky, hilly areas. They removed huge limbs and branches torn from trees during last winter's storms. They did amazing yard cleanup and installed some lovely mulch areas which just made the borders pop. Piscataqua has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to using them again! My rating is based on this company being non-responsive. I reached out to them for a landscaping project for my new build over a month ago. The office worker who answers the phone - I believe her name is Susan? - was great. Very friendly and informative, so I'm providing 2 stars on her behalf. I requested that the salesperson, Mike, was supposed to call my builder. He emailed me; I requested again that he call my builder to coordinate. He never called or followed up with my builder or myself. I asked several additional times, my builder called several times, and then I called the office again and let them know I never heard from the contact and he has not responded to anyone involved with my project. They said they'd get back to me, but no one has.
