Erik has done multiple project for us and has always been excellent to work with. He has been responsive and thorough. We really appreciate having contractors like Chase Heating and will use them for all of our projects.

My parents used them to install a new heating system with central air including all new ductwork. Right off the bat the owner Erik and his team tried to cheap out on several things. Most notably they tried to use a return duct from the old system that was between two floor joists and covered in drywall. That duct would have been approximately 6 in by 12 in while the new supply he installed was 16x25. I called several HVAC companies and explained what Chase did and they laughed. They all said how could that small little return supply that new duct. I was told by several companies that the return has to be equal to or greater than the supply. The average I was told was 125% bigger than the supply. Industry standard! Other issues that have come is thermostat wiring and lack of vents installed in all the rooms. Apparently that was not part of the scope of work even though the house had no heating system in it running in years as it was originally a seasonal home. They wanted to charge $400 extra per vent. Keep in mind both bathrooms had no vents along with some areas. Condensate pump failed within 6 months. Not cheap and shoddy work. Erik is not approachable and my parents felt they could not address things that came up. They did eventually run a new return but only after arguing. My parents will not recommend them to anyone.

Eric is great! Did an amazing job installing a new central air system in my home. Fair price, professional, upfront, and very helpful! Definitely recommend!
