The Preserve at Chocorua

I meant to leave this review much, much earlier! Mary and her team were unbelievable to work with for our 180 person wedding earlier this summer. They handled the (many!) personalities of my family and friends who were staying on site with kindness and graciousness, and it truly felt like home. Embarrassing to admit ... but when I had total bridal meltdowns, Mary and her team were quick to come to the rescue. There is literally no problem they can't solve. Not to mention the beauty of the location. Every room is so thoughtfully decorated, so cozy, and clean. We used every square inch of this location, from our rehearsal dinner and toast and roast in the barn, to the reception in the tent, to the ceremony in the front of the property, to getting ready in the bridal suite, to breakfast in Mock Manor. I have so many friends who now want to get married here too. It is truly such a special place, in no small part because of the people who run it. Thank you again (and again! and again!!).

Our daughter & husband just had their wedding at The Preserve (Oct 2023). It was just an amazing weekend celebration. The staff is just fantastic. They are very friendly and take care of every detail. The owner, Mary, is a fantastic host. This property is second to none. We would give The Preserve our highest recommendation! Thank you for everything!

The Preserve at Chocorua is truly a magical place. The photos online of the beautiful property speak for them self. That being said, the special secret that makes the Preserve a dream is the people who run this property. Mary is one those people from the moment you meet her you can tell she is an amazing person. Everyone on the Preserve team is so kind, personable, and hard working. They go above and beyond to make sure your special day is everything you dreamed of. My Husband and I got married at the Preserve in October 2023 on a rainy weekend and it was prefect. If you want to book a place that rain or shine your wedding dreams will still come true - this is the place. Mary and her team are prepared to handle it all. I am sure we will be back at the Preserve in the future! We would 1000% recommended having your wedding weekend at the Preserve!

We hosted our wedding at The Preserve in June 2023 and could not have possibly had a better experience! To start, the property is huge and a beautiful canvas on which to design your event. There is truly something for everyone and the bridal suite is a dream come true by far the nicest I have ever seen! The staff are also incredible. From first contact to last hug goodbye, their team is with you every step of the way to answer and ASK all the right questions, talk you through a weekends worth of logistics, navigate vendor selection and so much more. Despite some rain and short notice changes to our plans, they were able to fully execute the vision for our day. They went above and beyond expectations to make the barn so beautiful for our reception and were able to guide our vendors through any timeline shifts caused by the weather. On top of the incredible logistics support, they truly make you and all your friends and family feel so welcome and cared for. Highly, highly recommend!!
