        We had Easter breakfast here for the first time ever. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous views! Definitely a hidden gem.

        We have not yet stayed at The Sunset Hill House, but they get 5 stars for their flexibility when a sick toddler postponed our travel plans on consecutive weekends. Excellent customer service. "5,002 thumbs up," as the toddler would say.

        HORRIBLE!!!! Booked a king bed with pull out sofa. Got to the place and they told us they only have a queen bed...no sofa. It was three of us. Then tried to sell a suite for another 75 bucks. Then they said they wont be charging us because they didnt have the room we booked. 2 hours later they emailed saying they were charging us because Expedia is making them. I filed an unauthorized charge with my bank. They blamed Expedia. I will be informing Expedia they blamed them. Rooms were tiny, old not charming. Would not recommend.

        What a gem! We were looking for a weekend getaway mid January. Had tickets to visit Ice Castles in nearby Lincoln. Could not have picked a more perfect place. Hotel staff was super friendly, our room was warm and cozy. Can't wait to go back.
