        I just bought a house with his tag on the furnace. We lost heat in the night and woke up around 55degrees. I called at 2pm on a Saturday and not only did he answer but I sent one picture and he determined the issue and walked me through it! To top it off he didnt take any tip as a thank you. What a guy!
