Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Michael Muise

I have worked with Mike and his office staff now for over 5 years withoutany concerns! He is a trusted resource and provides solid advice on our overall financial plan. My wife has commented how comfortable she has been talking with him as well, whichhelps me rest easier and provides me with confidence torefer friends to Mike. Personnel, timely service has always been provided. I have completed several conversions and transfers from other organizations through his adviceand all have been smooth and as expected without surprises. Highly recommend Mike and this EJ office.

I had used edward jones years ago . Forgot all about it. Called to find out about my stocks but they couldn't find em or about me . So all my stocks are gone or somewhere

It's unfortunate that when I I sought his help for converting my simple IRA into my Roth I did not get the full information and process that I needed... So I got quite the surprise at tax time.... When he finished doing the conversion he never even emailed or called me to say it was done.... no courtesy follow-up from him to assure me everything was on track , or to tell me that there was still other pieces that needed to be taken care of. When I spoke to him regarding the conversation I had with an attorney he then started to tell me all of the things that we could have done... His remark to me, " I'm not going to call you every week," was so unprofessional then I'm doing a branch to Branch transfer. Michael may do a good job for some people but I always had to reach out to him and I only asked him one thing to do last year.
