        Found pieces of plastic in my food. Sent them a detailed email and then Facebook message to see if they received my email, but no response. It seems that they're on top of gluten-free in general, but if they're making mistakes like leaving plastic laying in food then I'm honestly not sure how careful they really are. I did get a fried chicken sandwich, which was definitely ruined by finding plastic in four different bites. It's a little concerning that they aren't responding. Update.. their response says they responded, but they didn't. Then, try to make this review seem positive?? Very bad business management and complete lack of responsibility. Respond to customers emails when they find plastic in their food or they're going to write a review.. obviously. And top 500 restaurants? Wow Congratulations?

        Nice little bar and grill. The clam chowder was a bit thin, but sweet. The lobster rolls were a little bland. Something seemed to be missing.

      Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, unfortunately we tried to connect directly with you even leaving a message asking for your contact info so the owner could call you personally over a month ago to gain some clarity as we're a young growing business, however the response we received was that you sent a FB message stating that you didn't want to explain the incident again. So unfortunately thats where the communication ended. Our staff was never made aware of the incident / experience you had only to learn via an FB message a few days later. however we'd be more than happy to have you back and personally take care of your next meal and make sure you have a great experience. Thank you for mentioning how great our chicken sandwich "The Goodfella" was and that we have the gluten free menu down, that feedback is great to hear as we where just named one of the top 500 gluten free option restaurants in the country for 2023. We look forward to seeing you again soon.😊
