Made a rare stop into Walmart and never in my life have I exchanged a $20 bill for two rolls or quarters AT A BANK, only to find that among the rolls, there were not one, not two, but three. THREE Canadian 25 cent pieces. I have to ask, is everything alright over there folks? If it's not a problem with the tilling machine, then perhaps it's time to invest in adding vision to your employee health and dental benefits package because someone on your team needs their eyes checked.
Two Canadian pieces in a roll of quarters, and at least one piece in each roll, is honestly unheard of. And it's theft.
I'm not even going to get into the exchange rate math I ran on how much I'd supposedly be able to "trade" these in for when I return. Because I bought 80 US quarters flat and was given 77 so I'd like my money. If you're going to charge a fee to break bills, make that clear and pinch the sack. Just because NH shares a border with Canada doesn't mean their money is your customers problem.

I have become dissatisfied with major national banking.....friend mentioned Service Credit Union.
I visited this small location mid morning on a weekday and business was brisk. However, the two tellers were pleasant and efficiently meeting clients requests. The line moved quickly. I was quite pleased.
Is it possible in person banking needn't be a grinding chore? I opened a new member account literally within minutes. Surprise! Surprise! In person banking needn't be a time consuming groaning chore!
Jessica, Branch Manager, is on top of things and does a great job!..I never felt rushed with my queries. She guided me thru some banking technicalities and I am able to execute a financial plan to my satisfaction.
Farewell major national banks! Service Credit Union is the way I choose to bank. I prefer being a share member as opposed to a faceless customer.
