        My go to place for eyebrows but recently it seems like a different person doing my brows every time and not listening to what I want. Today I had the same person as last time and remembered they did my brows how I like them. I said I just wanted a clean up but they are now a different shape and I left with cotton stuck to my face.

        I cant quite remember her name, it mightve been Sarah, but she was young, blonde and the sweetest, most helpful person. Im a makeup fanatic and I came in with a list of things I wanted that I didnt realize Ulta didnt carry. She was able to find me high quality products that were even better than what I was looking for. She color matched my foundation and concealer better than anyone, including myself ever has. She took her time with me and treated me with the utmost care. There was even a woman yelling at her, which she responded to with grace and kindness. What a great person and experience!
