BJ's Tire Center

This place was understaffed and not experienced. Lug nuts and locks were stripped and broken. I knew I had to get alignment afterward. Car is shaking over 65 and needed 3 other appointments and time to straighten getting tires at BJs. Ive been working on getting my car fixed for past four days. I would NEVER let them touch my car again. Town Fair Tire in Tewksbury, helped fix my problem.

Arrived late 23 min on my 9 AM appointment today due to unusual traffic, even though I apologized and was the only one at the tire center, the technician refused to take me in and told me if you called saying I am running late, I would have taken you in!!!

Very poor customer service and tire manager and store manager refuse to correct issue created by their website.

The Tire center is under staffed, but had my new tires installed in about an hour. Order your tires online and pick an appointment date & time. Best to arrive 15 minutes early, they will need your order # and have tire warranty info to fill out. Hector was very professional.
