    Im not sure what her name was but I believe it was Sam. She was a sweetheart who was kind and patient when helping me with my return. The staff that is here now has improved since I worked there a few years back. Awesome job 1220!

    My friend was looking for a new pair of shoes for work in a specific style. She found a pair here in a but with the shoes on sale , she thought the price was too high. I told her that shoe prices are probably high everywhere. She wanted to try elsewhere. The store is small and the selection looks specific and limited. Teenagers are the target, no pun intended. The sale signs were hanging a little too low from the ceiling that even my son bumped into them.

    The manager, Lucas is so rude. He will speak to you in a dismissive tone and is unwilling to help customers due to his poor laziness. He does not know how to talk to people, his tone is absolutely unprofessional. His customer service simply stinks. I had a shoe on hold, and he did not even ask me for the name. When I told him the name, he went to the back room and did not even bother to check the shoes on hold. The shoes I planned to exchange for a different size were unworn, yet he said he could not do the exchange because the shoes were worn. If you checked the soles and the bottoms, you could tell they were not worn. My guess- the store was busy and he simply was too lazy to do a return. On top of this, his attitude was so rude. Lucas cant treat customers and speak to them with decency. He is very comfortable talking to customers like this, which makes me believe that he drives customers away with his dismissive tone due to his laziness! He makes other people around him feel uncomfortable, it is simply not fair to the customers and the store. I ended up not buying more shoes at Journeys so that I do not support his sales. Simply put, if you see Lucas, better off going to another Journeys.
