FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I tried to ship out this valve cover which is bone dry of any oil or anything of any sort. This fedex the First Lady says oh noo we cant pack it. It even smells like gas or is that you that smells like gas? Then went and complained that to the manager it smells like gas has grease everywhere her facial expression says it all. With that being said this is the second time this place REFUSE to ship anything for me first time was an exhaust manifold that was new mind you. I dont recommend coming here to anyone customer service is awful no matter who works here. In the middle of a snow storm too when ups isnt open. Wonderful Update: UPS shipped my item zero issues thank you UPS again.

Very convenient FedEx facility, you can prep everything shipping related here - starting from printing things/ buying supplies etc. Very good customer service as well! Was taken great care of while shipping my items. The fact that it has long operating hours even during the weekend was great given that I really don't get much time during the week. Plus, bonus points for having necessary items like small snacks/water etc.

I'm not surprised this place has terrible reviews. I just had a return, and they refused to take it. I'm told it gas to be in a box. The funny thing is when it was dropped off, it wasn't in a box. So I'm expected to use the force to know what they want before driving an hour to get to their store. When I asked John the store manager for a district manager or a copy of their policy on this, he just flat out refused and wa absolutely rude. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. Unless you like to be abused, then go there, you are guaranteed to get plenty of that.

The store manager John whose name tag claims 10+ years of outstanding service, does not have acceptable behavior. There was nothing positively outstanding to his customer service while attending to me. Kept sighing each time I was to give him the requested information for my package then in the middle of attending to me he left without a word to attend to a different customer then came back again no word, no communication. If there was a different Fedex nearby I would have left immediately as this is no treatment any human being can tolerate. When it is such a simple thing to do to see humans as just humans and not by their race, ethnicity, outer looks, religion etc., some people like John choose to do the opposite. Hope you heal from whatever you have John because you have no right to treat anyone like you treated me! Also I hope you get treated the way you treated me, maybe you will understand
