I have sold a home and had a new home built with Jill & Co, and they are a wonderful realty company to deal with. The realtors I worked with, Dawna and Jennifer, were positive, efficient, and extremely experienced. I was supported and informed every step of the way. Dawna Gauthier was my realtor when I sold my home, and it was right at an uncertain moment in the market. Dawna was calm and used her extensive knowledge to price my home correctly, list and show it at the right time, and get a good number of prospective buyers into my home. I felt we got top dollar for my home, truly a win. Dawn offered great support and guidance every step of the way. Jennifer Lewis was my realtor for my new build, literally from start to finish. We approached the landowner by email, which I never would have been bold enough to do. Jennifers motto is, You never know until you ask! We convinced the landowner to sell me the land, and I used the builder that Jennifer recommended, Liberty Woods Homes. Jennifer supported me through each step, from choosing the right floorplan to selecting each beautiful finish. It was like having your best friend right there with you, except your best friend also knew everything about real estate and building a new home. While they are strong as individual realtors, Dawna and Jennifer also reach out across their experienced team for additional support whenever needed, so youre really getting a whole team of smart people in your corner. Their title company, The Title Team, is experienced and effective as well. Their title officer quickly and clearly explained every single document during closing, in the most non-boring and easily understood way. For all the homes Ive bought and sold, I never honestly understood the purpose of each document until I had the Title Team working with me.
